Sleep… oh beautiful sleep. I haven’t seen enough of you lately!!! I require a solid 9-10 hours of sleep to feel somewhat rested. I have a lovely autoimmune disease that never allows me to feel fully rested. Thankfully I have an amazing husband that gets up with the kids and feeds them breakfast and lets me sleep in most days.
I found this printable hanging around in my files and thought I’d share it with you.
